Terms and conditions

My Engineer is an electronic platform operating as an intermediary between clients and engineering service providers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The platform aims to facilitate service requests, receive price quotations, process payments, and enable communication between both parties.

By using the application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated below.

2. User Account

1. All information provided during registration must be accurate and correct.

2. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. The application administration reserves the right to suspend or delete any account if false information or violations are detected.

3. Service Request Process

1. Clients may browse categories and request services after registration.

2. The request is sent to registered service providers within the relevant specialization.

3. The service provider is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted quotation.

4. The client selects the preferred offer without interference from the platform administration.

4. Payments and Commission

1. The initial payment must be made through the payment methods available within the application.

2. The platform administration retains a commission deducted from the service provider for using the platform.

3. The platform is not responsible for agreements made outside the application.

4. All payments must be processed through the official in-app system to ensure the protection of both parties.

5. Execution Responsibility

1. The application acts solely as an intermediary and does not directly execute services.

2. The service provider bears full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of service execution.

3. The client is responsible for clearly providing all service details prior to execution.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. The client may cancel the request before service execution begins, according to the specified policy.

2. Once execution has started, refunds are subject to agreement between both parties.

3. Disputes will be reviewed by the platform administration, and an appropriate decision will be made.

7. Ratings and Reviews

1. Clients may rate service providers after completing a service.

2. Posting offensive or inappropriate reviews is prohibited.

3. The administration reserves the right to remove any violating reviews.

8. Prohibited Use

The application may not be used for:

• Providing false or misleading information

• Circumventing the payment system

• Completing agreements outside the platform without the administration’s knowledge

• Any activity that violates the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

9. Amendments

The platform administration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of updates through the application.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable judicial systems within the Kingdom.
